Mommy - to - Bee

Baby Showers are such fun celebration to plan! My friends and I had the best time planning this adorably themed shower for a wonderful Mommy-to-Bee!

Some details on the decor:

• The beautiful honeycomb display was handmade by a friend

• The diaper cake topper is, yes, honey comb cereal hot glued to sticks

• The adorable bumble bee sign clips were a random major last minute find at my local craft store!

• The entire shower was inspired by these beautiful invitations that I couldn’t help but splurge on!

How to stay organized:

Here is an easy document to follow that will help you keep things organized when planning with a bunch of people! When planning any type of shower, we typically sit down all together (or on a conference call) and lay out the jobs, who is going to be responsible for what, and outline the expected budget. I leave room for notes because the are so many things that can go into these categories and you might want to split up the jobs (i.e. Decorations: who is doing flowers, who is doing the chalkboard sign who is doing the balloons etc.) We often end up moving these notes onto a google doc we can all modify and update when things get crossed off the list. We also put links to ideas in there as well! The more communication, the better on events like this!
